Private Events

We have booked many private events for clients from a hundred guests to several thousand. Imagine a private birthday party with Earth, Wind and Fire, a corporate, customer appreciation party with Martina McBride or an outing with Diana Ross and Bill Cosby.  We didn’t just imagine these events we produced them. 

Outdoor Festivals

Red Mountain has several clients which we work with annually that organize outdoor music festivals for their communities. We have been working with one of the largest music festivals in the southeast since its conception over 18 years ago, including booking the talent and providing full production support. Outdoor music events are a great way for city governments, universities or corporate sponsors to give back to their communities.  It is through our management, knowledge of the industry, and relationships with our vendors that we are able to provide superior service to our clients.

Concert Promotion

Promoting concerts is our forte. Over the years we have developed great relationships with agents, managers, artists and venues.  Promoting in small clubs to stadium shows with The Rolling Stones, U2 and Pink Floyd, or national tours, we are involved at every level of the live concert industry.
